In a search for interesting and unexplored music, the UK music journalist Eddie Cooney comes to the Balkan region, where he finds a group of regional artists called ‘The New Outlaws’. Scattered around the countries of former Yugoslavia, their companionship, common spirit and power of musical expression, opens the hidden door of a new undiscovered culture to him – bands and soloists like Izmena Vremena (Serbia), Ivan Skrabe (Croatia), Prokos Drumski (Serbia) and Olovni Ples (Croatia).
