Celebrating our history with the 3rd Arpa Film Festival poster
2000 – Is the year when the Arpa International Film Festival conducted its first competition. Awards were given in the World Competition (non-Armenian films) and Arpa Competition (Armenian films). The Gala Awards Banquet was held in the historic Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel.
